Objective
The aim of this Union is to foster a high level of skill among its members, thereby supplying the trade with proficient workers; to secure and uphold just wages; to aid one another in finding employment; to safeguard the trade's jurisdiction; to fully organize those in our craft who are not yet organized, for the mutual benefit of all. It strives to provide protection and overall well-being, and to improve and enhance the moral, intellectual, social, and economic status of every member.
